This site is operated from Canada and is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your organization (optional)
  • The service area you are interested in
  • Any message you include

This information is submitted through Formspree, a third-party form processing service, and delivered to us by email. We do not store your form submissions on this website’s servers.

Information Collected Automatically

This site collects visitor analytics data through the following services:

Google Analytics 4 — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. GA4 collects data including pages visited, time on site, geographic region, and device type. This data is associated with a pseudonymous identifier and processed by Google. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out tool.

Cloudflare Web Analytics — We use Cloudflare’s privacy-first analytics, which collects aggregate traffic data without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

Microsoft Clarity — We use Clarity to collect heatmap and session data that helps us understand how visitors interact with our pages. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for details.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any form of behavioural tracking.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Schedule and conduct a discovery call if you request one
  • Follow up on our coaching or consulting engagement with you

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our client relationships and meet any legal obligations. If you would like us to delete your information, please contact us and we will do so promptly.
